IEPI Technical Assistance from a Partnership Resource Team
Using the “colleagues-helping-colleagues” model to strengthen institutional effectiveness.
The Partnership Resource Team (PRT) component of the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) offers technical assistance to colleges, districts, centers and the system office addressing issues in support of their self-identified Areas of Focus (AOFs). Using a positive “colleagues-helping-colleagues” model, the PRT process promotes collaboration to strengthen institutional effectiveness.

Receiving Technical Assistance
The Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative makes technical assistance available to institutions through Full Partnership Resource Teams and Mini Partnership Resource Teams. -
Submitting a Letter of Interest
Institutions begin the PRT Process begins by submitting a brief Letter of Interest outlining the institution’s areas of focus for PRT or Mini-PRT assistance to help advance institutional effectiveness. -
Support from a Partnership Resource Team
Through a colleagues-helping-colleagues model, we provide technical assistance to colleges, districts and centers that are interested in receiving support on issues that matter most to them. -
IEPI Seed Grants
As a recipient of assistance, your institution may be eligible for a seed grant to support the preparation and implementation of the of the Innovation and Effectiveness Plan. -
Professional Development Communities of Practice
We follow a systems-focused approach to designing and delivering equity-oriented, learner-centered and contextually relevant professional development experiences for California Community College faculty, classified professionals and administrators. -
