Daisy Gonzales, PhD
Deputy Chancellor Daisy Gonzales, PhD, a former foster youth who was among the first in her family to attend college, is a role model for the next generation of California’s higher education professionals, and Latina leaders in particular. Deputy Chancellor Dr. Daisy Gonzales oversees the divisions of Equitable Student Learning, Experience, and Impact Office; Innovation, Data, Evidence, and Analytics Office; Institutional Supports and Success; and Internal Operations.
Guiding your success at the California Community Colleges is California Community Colleges Chancellor Dr. Sonya Christian, who serves as chair of the California Community College Women’s Caucus, Vice Chair of the Campaign for College Opportunity Board of Directors and is a member of the California Community Colleges Asian American Pacific Islander Trustees and Administrators caucus.
