Dr. Rowena M. Tomaneng
Working with Chancellor Sonya Christian, Tomaneng is responsible for moving forward the goals of Vision 2030, the system’s strategic plan, which calls for action with equity. Tomaneng will also help foster policies and practices that support student success and college effectiveness in the California Community Colleges.

Meet the Vice Chancellor of Program Operations and System Initiatives
Gina Browne is an experienced student support professional with more than 23 years of experience in higher education. She serves as vice chancellor of Program Operations and System Initiatives (POSI) in the Program Operations and Strategic Planning (POSP) Division. Browne is a strong advocate for equitable student outcomes and is equally focused on supporting the professionals who serve students every day.
Guiding your success at the California Community Colleges is California Community Colleges Chancellor Sonya Christian, who serves as chair of the California Community College Women’s Caucus, Vice Chair of the Campaign for College Opportunity Board of Directors and is a member of the California Community Colleges Asian American Pacific Islander Trustees and Administrators caucus.
