The Research, Analytics and Data Unit provides support to the Chancellor's Office and individual colleges to improve student success, facilitate transfer and career technical education, and close equity gaps. We help California Community Colleges staff to make better evidence-based decisions and drive continuous improvement to meet the goals of Vision 2030 through data analysis, research, program evaluation, and visualization.

The Chancellor's Office is pleased to work with external individuals, agencies and organizations interested in conducting research on California Community College students or the system. However, due to capacity constraints, requestors seeking access to individual-level data should be prepared for the execution of MOUs to take at least 6 months. As such, we do not recommend requestors seek restricted data for theses, dissertations or other time-sensitive efforts. Please send inquiries to Research@CCCCO.edu.
