Communications & Marketing

Communications is key, and the Office of Communications & Marketing is where you can access news updates, media releases, fact sheets and videos. Our team of communications professionals is charged with developing and maintaining the California Community Colleges’ website with a focus on fostering success among current and prospective students. And our team manages media relations and social media; determines style guides for writing, graphics and the web; publishes reports to the governor and the state Legislature; creates strategic marketing pieces; and more.

In addition, the Office of Communications & Marketing oversees the “I Can Afford College,” “Career Education” and “Associate Degree for Transfer” public awareness campaigns.
