WEDPAC/EDPAC

Economic Development Program Advisory Committee (EDPAC) is an advisory body established to fulfill the statutory requirements of SB 1402. Workforce and Economic Development Performance Advisory Committee (WEDPAC) complements EDPAC with worldviews important to advancing the workforce mission of the California Community Colleges under the unifyingDoing What Matters for Jobs and Economyframework. Discussions bring forth the voices of industry, labor, economic development, policy advocacy, related state agencies, as well as community college faculty, classified staff, administrators, student and trustee.

 

In 2016,WEDPAC/EDPAC memberswill be engaged to advise the implementation of the 25 strong workforce recommendations approved by the Board of Governors.
