The Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative is responsible for ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations and assisting community college districts in providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.  In fulfilling these responsibilities, it also provides or coordinates services such as policy development, technical assistance, training, monitoring, and compliance activities.  Some specific areas include: overseeing the CCC Registry; assisting districts in developing and monitoring their equal employment opportunity plans; and monitoring district expenditures of equal employment opportunity funds.

The EEO Innovative Best Practices Grants are competitive, one-time grants to aid institutions that pilot or create innovative DEIA-minded practices related to EEO in the Pre-Hiring Interventions, Post-Hiring Interventions, or Diversity Promising Interventions.
