In collaboration with the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges (ASCCC), our system will support continuous instructional improvement and effective teaching and learning practices by creating a centralized hub that curates professional learning opportunities, evidence-based resources, and tools that help faculty enhance pedagogy, integrate innovative and equitable practices, and respond to evolving faculty, student, and workforce needs. All faculty—regardless of discipline, location, or role—will have access to high-quality learning opportunities grounded in equity, innovation, and collaboration, including consistent access to guidance, webinars, courses, communities of practice, and other professional development offerings that align instructional excellence with institutional and systemwide priorities.
