CCC EEO Plan Data Analyses Curriculum

With the new year comes a new curriculum. The Vision Resource Center team is proud to release the CCC EEO Plan Date Analyses Curriculum. The curriculum is a critical tool in identifying actions colleges can take to increase meaningful inclusion, accessibility, and equity in outcomes for individuals from diverse communities. The EEO Plan Data Analyses guides us in identifying where to focus our time and resources to have the greatest positive impact in achieving our mission to provide high-quality educational experiences for our diverse student communities.

The training has been designed for EEO committee members, human resources professionals, screening committee members, executive managers, and other individuals involved in developing, implementing, or revising recruitment, screening, hiring, professional development, retention, and other employment processes which impact workforce diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
