AB 1705 College-Specific Reports

Driven by principles of transparency and accountability, the Chancellor’s Office (CO) is pleased to share with system stakeholders, the AB 1705 College-Specific Reports, compiled by the CO Equitable Placement, Support and Completion Team, in collaboration with The RP Group. The College-Specific Reports support colleges in AB 1705 validation of placement policies and enrollment practices for the STEM Calculus pathway and include a comprehensive review of colleges’ progress towards the implementation of AB 1705 statutory policy reforms. The analysis in the reports uses colleges’ data to replicate the statewide analysis presented in the report, Preparatory Pathways and STEM Calculus Completion under AB 1705: An Aggregate Look at College-Level Reports (RP Nov 2024).

By providing public access to the AB 1705 College-Specific Reports we support transparency, continuous improvement, and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders. We further believe public access to the reports strengthens our system by encouraging high standards of transparency, accountability, and accessibility and is guided by Vision 2030 for the benefit and success of the students we serve.
