Serving on a Partnership Resource Team
IEPI engages a statewide network of California Community College professionals who volunteer their expertise, experience, and knowledge to support peers across the system. PRT volunteers work collaboratively with each institution to develop a tailored menu of options aligned with the institution’s identified Area of Focus.
The “colleagues helping colleagues” model has proven so effective that many PRT Members find the experience so rewarding and impactful that they often express interest in serving on future teams. They are eager to continue supporting other colleges, sharing best practices, and contributing to meaningful improvements in student success across the system.
