IEPI Technical Assistance from a Partnership Resource Team

Using the “colleagues-helping-colleagues” model to strengthen institutional effectiveness.

The Partnership Resource Team (PRT) component of the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) offers technical assistance to colleges, districts, centers and the system office addressing issues in support of their self-identified Areas of Focus (AOFs). Using a positive “colleagues-helping-colleagues” model, the PRT process promotes collaboration to strengthen institutional effectiveness.

Receiving Technical Assistance

The Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative makes technical assistance available to institutions through Full Partnership Resource Teams and Mini Partnership Resource Teams.
