With the first day of classes still a few weeks away, now is the perfect time to build your skills and advance your knowledge with online classes in the Vision Resource Center. There is something for every California community college professional, whether you want to learn new skills in your field, increase productivity or learn about a California Community Colleges program. Complement your Flex activities with online learning. Start with the following online courses and then take a minute to search for content that interests you!

Making Your LinkedIn Learning Online Classes Count

As a California community college professional, you have access to more than 8,000 free LinkedIn Learning online classes in the Vision Resource Center that provide a wealth of information, tips and expertise for your professional growth. And, as part of the Vision Resource Center, every online class you complete is automatically added to your transcript. To ensure you receive credit for the online classes you complete, it’s essential that you log in to the Vision Resource Center to take LinkedIn Learning online classes. 
 
Accessing LinkedIn Learning content outside of the Vision Resource Center or through a personal LinkedIn Learning account is not recommended because:

• You will have to manually add to your transcript any work completed outside the Vision Resource Center.
• You might be asked to pay for LinkedIn Learning content if you are not taking online classes through the Vision Resource Center.

It’s important to note, the first time you take a LinkedIn Learning online class, you must complete a few steps to access this content through the Vision Resource Center. Here are instructions for first-time LinkedIn Learning users. If you are currently using a personal account to access LinkedIn Learning, here are instructions on how to disconnect your personal account and launch these online classes through your college's Vision Resource Center portal. Once you do this, the online classes you complete will appear on your transcript. 
 
If you have trouble accessing a LinkedIn Learning course or get an error message, first try clearing your browser history and cookies or try using a different browser. If the issue persists, please contact your college/district Vision Resource Center administrator. You can find yours on the Vision Resource Center admin list.
