1. Meeting Summaries:  The Consultation Council will review summaries from the February 15, 2007, and March 15, 2007, meetings.

2. Title 5 Revisions to Curriculum Regulations: The Consultation Council will review a large package of regulations.

3. Basic Skills as a Foundation for Student Success in California Community Colleges: Consultation Council will review the Basic Skills Initiative Literature Review and Inquiry Tool.

4. Board of Governors Motion on Assessment: The Consultation Council will receive information about the Consultation Task Force on Assessment and Placement.

5. 2007-08 System Budget: The Consultation Council will hear an update on the 2007-08 System Budget.

6. Proposed Permanent Title 5 Regulations for Implementation of SB 361: The Consultation Council will receive information about this proposed package.

7. Governmental Relations:  State Legislation: The Council will receive an update on activity in the State Legislature and related activities by the administration. The Council will be advised of recently introduced legislation and may be asked to discuss recommendations for bill positions for the Board of Governors.
