Pursuant to Title 5, Section 51027, each community college district shall submit an annual report to the Chancellor's Office describing the status of the district's efforts to implement its transfer center(s), achievement of transfer center plan targets and goals, and expenditures supporting transfer center operations.
Transfer Center Annual Reporting and Articulation Addendum Reporting for the fiscal year 2010-11 opened July 1st. Both the Transfer Center and Articulation Addendum report is due by October 31.
