This handbook takes the place of the 1996 version of the DSP&S Resource Handbook. It includes laws, regulations, guidelines, handbooks, resources, samples, and other information pertinent to DSP&S programs and serving students with disabilities in the California Community College system. It has been produced by the Galvin Group, LLC on behalf of the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office. Hopefully the information and resources contained in this Handbook will assist colleges in their ongoing efforts to provide equal access and opportunity for students with disabilities pursuing higher education.
