1. Meeting Summaries:  Consultation Council will review the summary from the September 20, 2007 and the October 18, 2007 meeting.
2. Governmental Relations:  State and Federal Legislation: Consultation Council will receive an update on activity in the State Legislature and related activities by the administration. The Council will be advised of recently introduced legislation and may be asked to discuss recommendations for bill positions for the Board of Governors.
3. System Office Strategic Plan: Consultation Council will receive an update on Strategic Goal E – Resource Development.
4. SB 361 Regulations:  Consultation Council will discuss changes to SB 361. (Attachment)
5. Assessment/Placement:  Consultation Council will discuss the potential action of the Board of Governors at the January 2008 Board meeting.
